We are currently seeking a Workforce Consultant (internal field-based role) to partner with our onsite account teams and our clients to drive the relationship by understanding the client's unique challenges and developing solutions that ensure success. Our most successful consultants have a blend of operations and consulting experience in a call center, or manufacturing, or logistics setting. They have spent countless hours collaborating with others to understand the root cause of a problem and presented workable solutions that are mutually beneficial for all parties. Those with previous experience as a Call Center Manager, an Operations Manager, consultant, Strategic business partner or with a PEO will particularly love this role.
This Workforce Consultant will support our account operations in and around the regional area (visiting each client site every 2-3 weeks required).

The concept provides a complete HR process from recruitment and selection, introduction, planning and management of workers through to the provision of detailed management reports.

Job Responsibilities:
The Operations & Workforce Consultant will partner with onsite account teams and our clients in a call centers, and/or manufacturing and logistics environments to help our clients achieve operational and financial goals through:
- Credibility with the client - experience and expertise in operational management and human resources in a call center, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse or logistics environments
- Implementation and continuous improvement of workforce optimization strategies including: hiring, scheduling, training, motivating, managing the talent pool
- HR analytics that clearly demonstrate how leading indicators contribute to client success
- Keen attention to risk mitigation in the areas of: legal workforce, fair hiring practices, fair and effective coaching and management, co-employment protection, and safe work environments
- Being knowledgeable about Fair Labor practices and Labor Union laws
Experience Required:
- At least 4 years experience in people & process management within a call center, manufacturing, Distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of workforce analytics and operational performance metrics to gauge call center, or manufacturing and distribution process improvement progress.
- Demonstrated ability to perform analysis, make recommendations, manage change, and quantify results

Human Resources expertise, applied in a call center or manufacturing environment including:
- Local labor market analysis
- Recruitment processes for mass hiring
- Workforce optimization: scheduling, managing OT and idle time
- Job analysis, job descriptions, job coding
- Create effective hiring profiles and hiring processes
- Effective qualifying and screening, maintaining documentation
- Confirming and managing the legality of the workforce
- Federal, state, and local laws regarding employee rights, employer responsibilities (ADA, FMLA, Unemployment, etc.)
- Training and development of the workforce
