Randstad USA (employer) is looking for an Analyst, Business Integration, to join our Corporate team. The successful candidate will be career minded, highly motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential to the success of this role. The primary responsibilities include: 

  • Architect solutions using relational sources for financial and operational data.
  • Work significantly with IT to deliver projects that span multiple technologies and ensure integrity in final reporting deliverable.
  • Understand the business requirements and translate into a system solutions.
  • Working with business owners on reporting requirements and building/modifying reports and dashboards.
  • Work with Hyperion Essbase, Financial Reporting, and SmartView to deliver value added solutions to our internal customers.
  • Maintenance of Hyperion environment including cache configuration, backups, patches, calc scripts, MDX, security, data loads, exports, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to create automations
  • Working on an experienced team to develop and maintain Hyperion and Oracle BI applications.
  • Lead thorough testing of all development efforts. Ensure quality control in all aspects of development. 

 Principle Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design solutions / identify lean initiatives
  • Requirements and application development
  • Testing of all development efforts
  • Maintenance of existing environment
  • Support of internal customers

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred): 

  • Bachelor's Degree required/ MBA preferred
  • Relational reporting, SQL experience required
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts
  • Strong ability to understand finance and accounting principles
  • Quantitative analytical problem solving with strong Excel skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
