Group Objective

The goal of Client Delivery Optimization is to ensure growth, continuity, profitability, and client retention while driving cost savings and mitigating risk.  This team will ensure the account teams and leadership are equipped with the tools, intelligence, and relationships to ensure solution expansion and client satisfaction.  This group is responsible for improving business efficiency and productivity by identifying, configuring, and developing operational solutions and works closely with account teams, vendors, clients, and corporate resources to take a comprehensive approach to ensuring adherence to contractual, financial, and service requirements.  

 

Position Objective

The PICS Solutions Delivery Consultant is an internal and client facing role supporting the growth and retention of new and existing PICS accounts across the country. The position provides program oversight to ensure that PICS processes continue to maximize quality, efficiency and cost savings across the organization.  The PICS Solutions Delivery Consultant will:

Business Development

  • Provide Market Data/Research to client delivery team and clients as business consultant for industry strategies and workforce planning
  • Work with client delivery and account teams to develop Cost Savings Solutions
  • Educate our client delivery teams and clients on Randstad’s capabilities within the RSR point of service as well as other Randstad offerings to promote expansion and the addition of other service offerings
  • Market Expansion support through sales or implementations related to PICS
  • Drive innovation through technology or best practices to expand our consultancy

 Delivery and Process

  • Provide direction to client delivery teams and clients on available reporting to help business make impactful decisions to drive success and visibility
  • Compile, monitor and measure key data points to identify poor performance indicators as well as match to program benchmarks
  • Partner with client delivery teams and clients to implement strategies impacting SLA attainment, hiring processes, and customer satisfaction
  • QBR support and creation
  • Design process efficiencies while driving technology adoption
  • Partner with Business Intelligence in the creation of pertinent Talent Radar dashboards to help drive business decisions within the account
  • Liaise with corporate counterparts (payroll, IT, worker’s comp, and unemployment) for best practices and troubleshooting of issues

 Compliance

  • Monitor and report on non-compliant payroll and hiring practices within each client
  • Keep up to date as well as consult with client delivery teams and clients regarding current regional, state and federal laws
  • SLA and KPI monitoring and improvement recommendations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, Master’s degree a plus
  • Six Sigma certification or other training in process improvement methodologies highly preferred

 

Experience

  • 5-7 years combined business, recruiting, and operational experience
  • 5+ years people management

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to lead and manage a team, driving them toward a shared objective
  • Excellent presentation skills used in delivering solutions to executive level clients
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS - Excel and Power Point with knowledge of macros, pivot tables and development of Excel-based financial models
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas
  • Applicant Tracking experience/knowledge
  • Strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results
  • Effective time management skills
  • Latest recruiting trends, technology, innovations
