Position Title: MC VP, Preferred Clients

The SVP, Preferred Clients is a hands-on leader with a matrixed responsibility for the growth and retention of Randstad General Staffing Preferred Clients. Preferred Clients include large regional accounts along with national and strategic accounts. This person is responsible for determining the best delivery model in order to yield above market performance. This person will be involved with setting the overarching growth strategy, as well as monitoring daily business development and recruiting metrics, along with continued innovation to stay relevant in changing market conditions. This person will work with the field leaders to ensure proper staffing levels and performance levels of the individual producers.
Business Development & Operational Excellence
- Evaluate the potential for the business, identify current business strengths, and orchestrate the completion of a strategic business plan for growth in the district territory. Drive the sales effort with continual contact and face to face meetings with hiring managers at their PCs.
- Maintain, build and grow preferred client relationships, positioning Randstad as a staffing industry leader. Manage and develop relationships with current clients to identify future temp, temp-to-hire and permanent placement needs, and provide thought leadership. Cross selling with other op-cos to drive business growth across Randstad.
- Responsible for the retention and expansion of each account in order to improve market share. Establish, hone and communicate business plans that define and drive sales and recruiting strategies to maximize profitability and customer and talent satisfaction.
- Track, analyze and communicate overall progress of sales and recruiting efforts against activity targets – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly. Develop and effectively communicate sales and recruiting strategy and tactical operations plans to field leaders to drive profitable growth and retention of PC units. Monitor progress of teams, and identifying areas of opportunity.
- Implement innovative strategies while collaborating with operations & field leaders to drive peak performance at all times, and sustain high client and talent satisfaction levels
- Actively participate and network within community to build business, Randstad visibility and stay abreast of industry/market trends
