JOB SUMMARY:
This position is accountable for personal production goals as well as recruitment team goals. These activities include prospecting for new business, recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send outs and closing placements. This position is responsible for ensuring sales growth for themselves and the recruitment team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Responsibilities:
- Client relationship needed to develop sales
- Assess client company position requirements, write complete job orders, and make appropriate match for permanent and/or temporary candidates to meet client needs and expectations
- Execute client visits insuring customer satisfaction and marketing objectives
GP/Revenue Responsibility:
- Personal GP quota responsibility
- Recruitment team Revenue/GP Growth
Freedom to Act/Accountability:
- Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Provides guidance to subordinates based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization’s objectives and schedules
- Policy involvement: Follows operating policies. Follows organizational policies
Supervisory/Relationship:
- Accomplishes results through combined effort of team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity. Often responsible for supervising a staff function of the company.
- Coordinate and interface with the recruitment team to achieve/exceed targeted goals
Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:
- Responsible for all projects assigned to team. Acts as an advisor to subordinate staff members to help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems. Participates in establishing/administering centralized functional projects
- Recruit, screen, schedule, interview and place candidates
- Perform reference checking procedures on all temporary employees and/or placed permanent candidates – using activity to build additional candidates
- Establish focused business development and recruiting plans
- Develop prospect list and execute a sales and marketing plan to generate new business
Impact:
- Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds
- Determine pay and bill rates to meet or exceed pricing guidelines while maintaining a competitive level in the marketplace
Liaison:
- Frequent contact with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE:
5 or more years of business development or sales experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
