Position Title: RT Recruiting Director

External Description:

Business Process Evolution (BPE) is about being the market leader, requiring excellence in each area of the delivery lifecycle with specific emphasis on Collaboration between Sales and Recruiting.  Recruiting Directors play a pivotal role in the success of the transactional workflow (the business process).

Key Recruiting and Management functions:

 Personal Production: 80 to 90% of the time

  • Assist Area RD with assignment of New Jobs to Recruiters on your team
  • Collaborate with Sales and Area Recruiting Director for maximizing fill rates
  • Mentor and coach your team of Recruiters – day to day
  • One-on-ones with Recruiters as directed by Area Recruiting Director – based on Recruiter tenure
  • Assist Area RD in evaluating the performance of your team – on a quarterly basis
  • Help with initial interview process and candidate screening for new associates
  • Assist Area and Regional RD with the training efforts for your Recruiters
  • Work on all assigned job orders until they are covered or closed.
  • Focus on pipeline Recruiting and building PRIME Candidate Lists in BH
  • Collaborate with Sales and Recruiting leadership on progress/challenges with assigned jobs.
  • Log all relevant candidate information in BullHorn – working towards collecting a comprehensive view of work experience and career goals (MOATS)
  • Enter all submissions with required information to assigned job orders in BH.
  • Cross submit candidates to all appropriate open jobs.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the submission to placement lifecycle.
  • Provide candidate updates in BH real time and communicated to appropriate AM.
  • Collect and enter detailed client-interview feedback in Bullhorn.
  • Communicate with Account Manager on availability of candidates.
  • Respond to the Account Managers as they evaluate submitted candidates.
  • DO NOT un-assign yourself from a job order
  • DO NOT work additional job orders until your assigned job orders are covered
  • Drive profitability for every placement
  • Provide advanced knowledge of candidate work experience to Account Manager
  • Execute on all recruiting best practices for talent pipelining, candidate-interviewing, consultant care, JO submissions, client-interviews, and Redeployment
  • Attend local branch huddles
  • No changes to expectations for onboarding and talent management
