In support of our continued growth in the US market, Randstad seeks a Managing Director, with a proven history of Sales and Staffing success, to lead our Technologies division in Frisco, Texas.
 
The Managing Director is responsible for all performance activities including, but not limited to, training, mentoring/motivating, business development, candidate recruiting, conflict resolution, customer service and retention, intra-operating company synergies, and P&L responsibilities. They are responsible for managing and developing a team as well as leading by example, particularly in the areas of production and business development.
 
Eligibility and Experience Requirements:
- 5-10 years of professional business experience within the Staffing industry, emphasis on IT and Technology Services strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years managing a successful team.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Demonstrated professional loyalty and consistent career progression reflecting commitment and perseverance.
- Ability to provide sound leadership and guidance while directing a team to achieve set objectives. 
- Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
- Previous success in a metrics driven environment with documented KPIs.
 
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the market potential for Randstad Technologies staffing services, identify current strengths, and create a strategic sales plan for growth in the Frisco/Plano area.
- Drive the regional sales effort with continual contact and face to face meetings with senior management for existing and prospective client organizations.
- Lead by example, playing an active role in production activities while building a collaborative team environment.
- Network consistently within the community to build business relationships and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop accurate annual budgets and operational plans based on market analysis and growth strategy which includes the tracking of performance and managing to the results.
- Coach and develop with a consistent focus on career advancement and profitable growth.
