Objective
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a Managerial position that is responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business.

We are looking for a senior digital marketing manager to help lead the digital marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B. Our ideal candidate understands the full digital marketing landscape and how the digital channels work together to support business goals and drive KPIs. You have at least a few years of hands-on experience managing SEO and at least a solid working knowledge of SEM and Display. In this role, you’ll balance being hands on and managing agencies so experience with both is a bonus. This candidate will need to be able to see the big picture, all the way down to the day-to-day details of executing campaigns. Not only are you skilled at working with data, you’re able to provide the “so what” behind data. We are looking for someone to help tell the story behind the numbers, the actionable next steps, and why other teams should care. A balance of creative and technical skills is needed to excel in this role.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Optimize, analyze and grow existing digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, and Display), and identify, evaluate and recommend new opportunities to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Work with stakeholders to create web channel plans in support of integrated cross-channel marketing programs and ad-hoc campaigns for both B2C and B2B.
  • Work with agency partners and cross-functional teams to execute all facets of campaign performance including planning, setup, analysis, testing, and optimization.
  • Drive SEO roadmap for organic, local, and Google for jobs to continue channel growth and ensure projects get completed and meet requirements.
  • SEO subject matter expert (SME) across web and marketing projects ensuring all web and mobile projects follow best practices and “do no harm” to SEO.
  • Lead ASO for the mobile app.
  • Plan and launch A/B tests for images and copy, landing page optimization, website, and other assets.
  • Clearly define KPIs that align with business goals and measure and report across our digital channels and by campaign.
  • Meet with global digital teams to drive innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Forecast paid digital campaign expenses by estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Regularly provide reports, data-driven insights, and recommendations to relevant parties and tell the story behind the data.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising efforts.
  • Proactively keep the teams up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and algorithm and SERP change updates through education, sharing POVs, etc.
