Position Title: RT Client Care Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Client Care Manager (CCM) is the single point of contact for the client, RT client relationship manager (CRM) and/or RT account manager (AM) as well as internal teams servicing large, national accounts. The CCM is responsible for ensuring and facilitating flawless execution of the customer experience when onboarding new talent into the client and off-boarding talent from their assignments.  Will work closely with RT sales and recruiting teams. 

The CCM will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business, including:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain relationships with the client’s hiring managers, internal RT sales and recruiting teams with the goal of growing the business relationship.
  • Facilitating and streamlining communications with the client’s hiring managers, internal RT sales and recruiting teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Flawlessly manage the talent onboarding process within the client’s systems and processes including but not limited to: security profiles, badging, requisitioning client equipment (laptop, etc.), client IT accounts (email, various access to specific software applications or services).
  • Facilitate the off-boarding for RT talent within the customer systems at the end of assignments. This includes ensuring all account access has been terminated and client equipment has been returned.
  • Attend client meetings including quarterly business reviews as requested by the CRM or RT account manager.
  • Assist with preparation of client bids for contract labor requests in conjunction with client services.
  • Manage and monitor the onboarding process of all new hires within the client environment.
  • Ensuring RT is deeply integrated with the client and understand the client’s onboarding and other requirements to assist with identifying opportunities
  • Facilitate communications with client’s hiring managers, internal RT sales and recruiting teams on the onboarding process
  • Assist the account manager, CRM and/or Strategic Account Director with client meetings and identifying soft selling opportunities. Some travel may be required.

SKILLS

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts and projects
  • Experience describing and document client interactions and project requirements
  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor Degree strongly preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of related experience
