As an Account Manager, you will go through a comprehensive training program while also working under the mentorship of your Sales Director.
 
Responsibilities for the Account Manager
  • New business development via cold calling, networking, in person meetings and cross selling.
  • Set, monitor and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and metrics.
  • Work with recruiters to understand the needs of your clients in order to get positions filled.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and client needs
Requirements for the Account Manager
  • 2-4 years in a business to business sales and/or account management role
  • 4 Year College Degree (engineering or technical preferred but not required).
  • Strong work ethic, sense of commitment and competitive attitude. Must want to win.
  • Diligent attention to metrics and ability to set goals and a plan on attaining them.
  • "Hunter" mentality - must be able to identify and grow own book of business.
  • Excellent customer service, internal and external communication and professionalism.
  • Current Driver's License (will be required to drive to client meetings)
