External Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Project Specialist you are responsible for administration and operational support of the recruitment and job description writing process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail. 

 Responsibilities include:

  • Download all information from the client's job description database
  • Compare all existing job descriptions in database to client's standard job descriptions
  • Reformat job descriptions to fit client's standards and compliance
  • Make job description change recommendations and partner with Hiring Managers on creation of new job descriptions
  • Partner with Recruiting Team for final editing of proposed job description
  • Put finalized job descriptions into client job description database for final auditing
  • Create standardized format (mail merge, PDF, etc.) and location for all finalized global job descriptions

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6  months recruitment support and/or recruiting and job writing experience

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Applicant tracking system experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Textio
  • Solid understanding of MS Outlook Email and Calendar
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Track record of proven results
