As an onsite RPO Account Director, you will develop recruiting strategies necessary to meet the client’s current and forecasted staffing needs. You will monitor and assist account staff in a matrix based environment to ensure the client’s staffing requirements are met and develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the client HR team and hiring manager community.

The Onsite Talent Acquisition Leader will ensure that the RSR ITA team are fully equipped and able to deliver this into the market and internally within the Client.

General Duties:

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop strong client relationship and partner to provide innovative solutions to solve client needs and long term business strategy
  • To ensure that the Client receives a proactive, truly excellent service, maximizing the potential for increased business within that Client regionally and globally and ensuring that the region under direct control works towards local and global SLA/KPI achievement
  • Develop and refine client processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions needed to streamline work-flow and increase operating efficiency
  • Identification and development of key Client relationships; meet key stakeholders on a regular, laid down basis (global and US)
  • Provide proactive, regular communications on the status of all initiatives, issues raised and important updates
  • Work with Client and colleagues to assess forecasted volumes and projects and create and implement approach to successful and timely fulfilment
  • Demand clear visibility of Supply Chain relationships – help review, engage and deploy Suppliers in region
  • Act as second point of escalation for all issues arising from Talent Advisor and Recruiting Coordinators
  • Development of existing services delivered to Client Account
  • Assist in the preparation and attend formal quarterly review meetings with Client
  • Actively participate in the US Talent Leadership team meetings

Compliance Management

  • Monitor assigned account to ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP or other comparable regulatory processes impacting recruitment pertinent to the requisitions supported
  • Ensure assigned account are meeting diversity goals when applicable
  • Monitor account activities to ensure compliance with contractual agreements

Monitoring of Staff

  • Assess/survey quality of work delivered by team based on established performance measures and specific client feedback
  • Ensuring processes are in place and followed to support best practice and most effective methods for completing hiring activity on local, global, spot and volume hiring
  • Create action plans for individuals needing improvement to reach client satisfaction targets
  • Follow established metrics, goals and expected performance levels for all team members within assigned account portfolio and identify areas of improvement, provide feedback and coaching when appropriate
  • Recommend training where necessary to develop skills and techniques
  • Continuously motivate and engage the team

SLA Management

  • Responsible for meeting customer and candidate satisfaction targets
  • Compile data and produce presentable reports for SLA review
  • Responsible for performing root cause analysis if/when SLAs are not being met and provide creative process improvement recommendations needed for correction.

Account Portfolio

  • Recognize team’s overall influence to the account P&L and manage expenses responsibly
  • Active participation in forecasting and budgeting process
  • Manage any aging issues with client bill collections
  • Audit and verify accuracy of all invoices, billing accruals, and client reporting
  • Familiar with contract schedules & contractual terms and have the ability to execute against them

Additional Duties

  • Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and policies
  • Manage &/or participate in periodic ad-hoc projects as required by Director, Client Delivery

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

  • 5 + years of managing a complex RPO client account
  • Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience required

Additional qualifications include:

  • PHR, SPHR, PMI or similar disciplines preferred
  • Bachelors Degree or higher education preferred
  • Pharma industry knowledge preferred
  • Supply Chain Management preferred

  • Stakeholder management – develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders
